Overview
We are VESTIRSI Pty Ltd (Provider, we, us and our). This agreement contains the terms, conditions and disclaimers (terms) for accessing and using our website (the Website) and services (our Services) by you (you). We separately maintain our Privacy Policy regarding the collection and use of your data. If you do not agree to these terms, you must stop using our services. Persons under the age of eighteen (18) years require the consent of their parents or legal guardian/s before using the Website. These Terms and Conditions form a contract between you and us regarding the use of the Website.
Definitions
Intellectual Property
1. Includes all:
a. inventions, discoveries, innovations, novel or technical information and data, prototypes, processes, improvements, and patents, including all patents and patented applications, processes and products within the meaning of the Patents Act 1990 (Cth)
b. circuitry and circuit layouts, computer programs, software, code, drawings, plans, and specifications;
c. domain names, business names, trade marks, including any trade name, brand name, common law trade mark, or trade mark within the meaning of the Trade Marks Act 1995 (Cth);
d. designs, including all designs within the meaning of the Designs Act 2003 (Cth);
e. copyright material within the meaning of the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth);
f. trade secrets and know-how; and
g. works, and all other works resulting from intellectual activity in the industrial, scientific, education, literary, or artistic fields.

2. Privacy Policy means our privacy policy relating to the collection and use of data, which can be found at: Privacy Policy.

3. The Services we provide to you include the sale of handbags items to you online through our Website.
Territory
4. This agreement for the Terms shall be governed by the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Queensland, Australia and those Courts that hear appeals from these Courts, including the Federal Court of Australia (the Territory).
Use of the Website
5. Your right to use the Website is subject to these Terms and Conditions and we may vary or modify the Terms and Conditions from time to time in its sole and absolute discretion. If you do not agree to the modifications made to the Terms and Conditions from time to time, you should immediately cease using the Website; otherwise your continued use of the Website will be evidence of your acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.
6. You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose.

10. We are not liable to you or any third party by way of Contract or Tort for:

b. Restriction of your access to the Website and/or any of the facilities available via the Website.

12. You may choose to create an account with us online via our website.
13. You agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself (termed "Registration Data") when creating your account.
14. You agree to update your Registration Data in the event that your Registration Data changes or becomes out-of-date.
15. We may impose or alter, without notice to you, any conditions for becoming a member and we reserves our rights to alter or vary the benefits and privileges accruing to members.
16. When you create your account online, you will be able to choose a password to access your account. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of the password. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the unauthorised use of a password
17. We have the right to refuse, terminate or suspend your account, password or use of the Website in its absolute and sole discretion.
18. We may terminate or suspend your account, password or use of the Website if:
a. We suspect that the Registration Data provided by you is outdated, false, offensive, inaccurate or impersonates someone else.
19. We are not liable to you or any third party for any loss or damage or claim arising from your membership being terminated or suspended.
20. You agree to us sending you electronic mail (e-mail) from time to time to inform you of changes to the Website and to inform you of promotions and advertisements.
Disclaimer
21. You acknowledge that the use of the Website is at your sole risk. We give no warranty, guarantee or representation about the accuracy, reliability or timeliness or otherwise of the information contained on the Website. Any reliance upon any information contained on the Website is at your sole risk.
22. We are not liable for any loss or damage or claims as a result of you or a third person acting on the material appearing on the Website.
23. We make no warranty that the Website will be secure or error-free or virus-free and any material downloaded through the use of the Website is done at your own risk and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or for any loss of data.
Agreement
24. You represent and warrant in relation to any material that you post, transmit or submit via the Website that:
a. You are authorised to provide the material
b. The material does not infringe or interfere with the rights of any person, including the privacy of any person
c. The material is original and does not infringe any intellectual property right including, but not limited to, trade marks, confidential information and copyright
d. The material is not defamatory or obscene or does not constitute a "passing off" of any material
e. The material does not infringe any legislation of regulations of the Commonwealth of Australia and the State of Queensland
25. You agree not to post, submit or transmit via the Website any persons' name, contact details and other personal information unless you have first sought and obtained the written permission of that person to do so.
Indemnity
26. You agree to indemnity us and our proprietors, officers, directors, employees and agents against any loss, damage or claims where such loss or liability arose out of or in connection with a breach of this Agreement by you, or the publication or distribution of material or information supplied to the Website by you, or any complaints or charges made by other parties against you.

27. The Website may contain links to sites operated by third parties. We have no control over these third-party sites and the existence of those links is not to be construed as an endorsement of the third-party sites by us.
28. We are not responsible for the content or material contained on the linked sites.
Spam
29. We may at our discretion provide details for contacting us directly on the Services.
30. Our purpose in publishing any contact details on the Services is to facilitate communications about the goods and services it supplies, and it does not consent to receive unsolicited messages for any ulterior purposes by any means.
31. If we receive such unsolicited messages, we reserve our rights and may make a report to the applicable anti-spam regulatory body.
Intellectual Property Rights
32. The information and material appearing on the Website is to be used for your sole personal use only.
33. We reserve all intellectual property rights in the Website and any necessary software used in connection with the Website. Except as authorised by us, you agree not to:
a. Distribute the Website, in whole or part, in any form
b. Store the Website, in whole or part, in any storage media
c. Re-transmit the Website, in whole or part, in any media
d. Create derivative works based on the Website, in whole or part
e. Upload the material to any other site on the World Wide Web.
34. VESTIRSI is a registered trademark. The VESTIRSI logo may not be used without the prior specific, written permission of us.
35. You acknowledge that the Website contains advertisements and material from our promotional partners and that such material is protected by copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property law.
Jurisdiction
36. This agreement is entered into in Queensland. This agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Queensland.
37. You acknowledge that the Website contains advertisements and material from our promotional partners and that such material is protected by copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property law.
38. If any part of this agreement is held unenforceable or invalid, that part of the agreement will be deemed to be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in operation.

42. VESTIRSI is a Queensland based company, therefore all references to time made on this site and through all other associated material are in Australian Eastern Standard Time, (AEST).
Changes To This Document And Our Other Documents
43. These Terms may be amended by the Provider without notice and at their complete discretion, which is immediately effective once the amendment is posted on the Application. Your continued use of the Services after the amendments are posted on our Application will be deemed to be your consent to such amendments.
44. You are advised to review this document periodically for any changes. Changes to this document are effective when they are posted on this page.
Promotions, Offers and Gift Cards
45. Sale
• Sale prices are final and not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion
• Welcome codes, Birthday codes or any other discount codes are not applicable on sale items
• Sale commences and ends at the specified time, (AEST). Sale prices outside of these dates and times will not be honoured.
46. Discount Codes
• Codes are only valid if sourced directly from a verified VESTIRSI platforms such as affiliated social media accounts, marketing emails, website banners or provided directly by a VESTIRSI online customer service representative
• A limit of one code per transaction.
• VESTIRSI is not affiliated with any external platforms or browser extensions offering potential discount codes and will not honour on these occasions
47. Slightly Imperfect
• Slightly Imperfect products are those which cannot be sold at full price due to minor flaws or imperfections
• The sale of Slightly Imperfect products is final and these products cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason
• Slightly Imperfect products are only able to be sold within Australia and these items are not available to Internatioanl customers.
48. VESTIRSI Gift Cards:
• Please note that your VESTIRSI Gift Card is not a promotional code. To redeem your VESTIRSI Gift Card, you must enter the serial number in the payment section.
• If your VESTIRSI Gift Card does not cover the value of the item you wish to purchase, you can add additional funds to complete the order payment through the other payment gateways available. Please note you will need to enter your VESTIRSI Gift Card number first for the website to accept the amount.
• VESTIRSI Gift Cards should be treated like cash and cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card.
• VESTIRSI Gift Cards are considered non-refundable, implying that once purchased, they cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged for cash or other forms of payment.
• Unless your country of origin prescribes a separate minimum period of validity, a VESTIRSI Gift Card is valid for 5 years from the date of purchase and is valid both in-store and online during this period.
Text Marketing and notifcations
49. By entering your phone number in the checkout and initiating a purchase, or by subscribing via our subscription form, you agree that we may send you text notifications (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and text marketing offers. Text marketing messages will not exceed 3 a month. You acknowledge that consent is not a condition for any purchase. If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you within any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests will not be accounted as a reasonable means of opting out. If you wish to opt out please follow the procedures above.
General
50. Entire Agreement
a. These Terms (and any additional terms, rules and conditions of participation that we may post on the Application), the Privacy Policy and our Cookies Policy constitute the entire agreement between You and the Provider with respect to the Services and supersedes any prior agreements, oral or written, between You and the Provider. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the additional terms, rules and conditions of participation, the latter will prevail over the Terms to the extent of the conflict.
51. Waiver
The failure of the Provider to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision or admission to any facts. A waiver or admission is only effective if and in accordance with a written statement made by a duly authorised officer of the
Provider.
52. Severability of Terms
If any part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, these Terms must:
a. be interpreted with amendments made as narrowly as possible to allow it to be enforceable or valid while still retaining as much as possible, the Term’s original intention and effect (Reinterpreted); or
b. if unable to be Reinterpreted as above, then any invalid or unenforceable part shall be severed without affecting the enforceability or invalidity of any remaining part of the Terms.
53. Headings
Headings used in the Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.

VESTIRSI X LEGOE Giveaway
1. Promoters
1.1 This giveaway ("Giveaway") is jointly conducted by:
(a) VESTIRSI PTY LTD, Australia ("VESTIRSI"); and
(b) [Legoe Heritage Pty Ltd ("Legoe Heritage"),
(together, the "Promoters", "we", "us", "our").
1.2 Entrant data is collected and managed on behalf of the Promoters using the third-party platform Viral Sweep ("Platform Provider"). The Platform Provider acts as a data processor for the Promoters and does not independently use entrant data except as instructed by the Promoters or as set out in its own privacy policy at here.
2. Promotional Period
2.1 The Giveaway commences at 9am AEST on 1 October 2026 and closes at midnight AEST on 4 October 2026 ("Entry Period").
2.2 Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be considered.
3. Eligibility
3.1 The Giveaway is open to individuals who, at the time of entry:
(a) are residents of Australia or the United States (including its territories and possessions), except as set out in clause 3.3; and
(b) are aged 18 years or over.
3.2 The Giveaway is not open to:
(a) employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoters, their related bodies corporate, the Platform Provider, or any agency or supplier directly associated with the administration of the Giveaway; and
(b) residents of any country, state, or territory where entry, or the awarding of a prize, would be prohibited by applicable law.
3.3 "Immediate family" means spouse, de facto spouse or partner, parent, guardian, natural or adoptive sibling, or child, whether by relationship or marriage.
3.4 By entering, each entrant warrants that they satisfy all eligibility requirements in these Terms and Conditions. The Promoters reserve the right to verify eligibility (including age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet these requirements.
4. No Purchase Necessary
4.1 No purchase is necessary to enter the Giveaway or to win. A purchase does not increase an entrant's chances of winning.
4.2 Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
5. How to Enter
5.1 To enter the Giveaway, during the Entry Period an entrant must complete the entry form embedded on the VESTIRSI landing page at https://shopvestirsi.com/pages/vestirsi-x-legoe-heritage-giveaway, providing:
(a) a valid email address;
(b) a mobile phone number;
(c) date of birth; and
(d) postcode/ZIP code,
(together, an "Entry").
5.2 As a condition of entry, entrants must tick the marketing consent checkbox described in clause 9. Entrants who do not provide consent will not be eligible to enter the Giveaway.
5.3 Each person is entitled to one (1) Entry into the Giveaway. Multiple Entries from the same person, email address, or mobile number will be disqualified at the Promoters' discretion.
5.4 Referral entries: After submitting a valid Entry, an entrant will receive a unique referral link. An entrant may increase their total number of entries into the draw by referring other people to the Giveaway using that link. For each other person who enters the Giveaway using the entrant's referral link and submits their own valid, eligible Entry during the Entry Period, the referring entrant will receive one (1) additional entry into the draw. There is no limit to the number of additional entries an entrant may earn through valid referrals, provided that:
(a) each referred person must independently satisfy the eligibility criteria in clause 3 and submit their own complete Entry, including their own consent under clause 9; and
(b) the Promoters may disqualify any referral entries obtained through fraudulent, automated, incentivised (other than the intended referral incentive), or otherwise improper means, at their sole discretion.
5.5 Entries must be submitted by an individual in their personal capacity, not via any agent, third party, syndicate, or automated entry method (e.g. bots, scripts, macros). The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any Entry reasonably believed to be fraudulent, incomplete, or otherwise non-compliant with these Terms and Conditions.
5.6 It is a condition of entry that all information provided is true, accurate, and current. The Promoters accept no responsibility for Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, or not received for any reason, including technical failure of the Platform Provider or the VESTIRSI landing page.
6. The Prize
6.1 There is one (1) prize pack available to be won, comprising:
(a) VESTIRSI product to the value of $1,000 AUD (RRP, inclusive of any applicable tax), contributed by VESTIRSI; and
(b) Legoe Heritage product to the value of $1,000 AUD (RRP, inclusive of any applicable tax), contributed by Legoe Heritage,
together valued at $2,000 AUD ("Prize").
6.2 The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash, in whole or in part.
6.3 If any element of the Prize is unavailable for any reason, the relevant Promoter reserves the right to substitute that element with a product or service of equal or greater value.
6.4 Where the winner is a US resident, the Promoters may be required to obtain the winner's tax identification information if the value of the Prize received from either Promoter meets the applicable IRS reporting threshold, and to issue a Form 1099 (or equivalent) accordingly.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
7.1 The winner will be selected by random electronic draw from all valid Entries (including bonus entries earned under clause 5.3) received during the Entry Period. The draw will take place at 20 Chrome Court, Burpengary, Australia at 9am AEST on 6 October 2026.
7.2 The draw will be conducted by VESTIRSI employees.
7.3 The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 2 business days of the draw, using the contact details provided at entry.
7.4 The winner's first name and state/territory (or US state) of residence may be published on shopvestirsi.com and/or the Promoters' social media channels within 1 week of the draw, as required or permitted by applicable law.
7.5 If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 7 days of the first notification attempt, does not meet the eligibility criteria, or fails to claim the Prize within the required timeframe, the Promoters reserve the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining valid Entries, or to conduct an unclaimed prize draw where required by applicable law.
8. Prize Delivery
8.1 The VESTIRSI portion of the Prize will be delivered by VESTIRSI, and the Legoe Heritage portion of the Prize will be delivered by Legoe Heritage, each within 14 days of the winner being confirmed, by email, to the address or contact details provided by the winner.
8.2 Neither Promoter is responsible for any delay, loss, or damage in transit, or for any failure to redeem the Prize due to circumstances outside that Promoter's reasonable control.
9. Data Sharing and Marketing Consent
9.1 By entering the Giveaway, each entrant expressly consents to their email address, mobile phone number, postcode/ZIP code, and date of birth being collected via the Platform Provider (Viral Sweep) and shared with both VESTIRSI and Legoe Heritage, for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and for ongoing marketing purposes by either or both Promoters.
9.2 Data collected during the Entry Period will be securely exported from the Platform Provider to Legoe Heritage on or shortly after completion of the Giveaway, using the Platform Provider's export/integration functionality, and will otherwise be held by VESTIRSI and the Platform Provider as described in this clause 9.
9.3 This consent, and the provision of the information in clause 9.1, is a mandatory condition of entry. Entrants who do not consent will not be eligible to enter or win the Prize.
9.4 Australian entrants: this consent authorises the Promoters to send commercial electronic messages (email and SMS) in accordance with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), and personal information is otherwise handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
9.5 US entrants: this consent authorises the Promoters to send commercial electronic messages in accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act, and to send text messages to the mobile number provided in accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is a condition of entry into this Giveaway (not a condition of any purchase). Entrants may reply "STOP" to opt out of further SMS messages at any time; opting out after the close of the Entry Period does not affect an already-submitted Entry or eligibility to win.
9.6 Entrants may otherwise unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the "unsubscribe" facility included in each electronic communication, or by contacting hello@shopvestirsi.com — noting that withdrawal of consent after the close of the Entry Period does not retrospectively invalidate an Entry made in accordance with clause 9.3.
10. Privacy
10.1 VESTIRSI handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at https://shopvestirsi.com/pages/privacy.
10.2 Legoe Heritage handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at https://legoeheritage.com/pages/privacy.
10.3 The Platform Provider (Viral Sweep) handles personal information in accordance with its own privacy policy, available at https://www.clearer.io/privacy-policy.
10.4 California, and certain other US state residents, may have additional rights regarding their personal information under applicable state privacy laws (e.g. the California Consumer Privacy Act). Entrants who wish to exercise these rights should contact the relevant Promoter using the details in clause 10.1 or 10.2.
10.5 If required by a relevant regulatory or permit authority, entrants' personal information may also be disclosed to that authority for the purposes of audit or verification of the Giveaway.
10.6 Entrants who do not provide the information required under clause 9.1 will not be able to enter the Giveaway.
11. Social Media Platforms
11.1 This Giveaway may be promoted on Meta platforms (Facebook and/or Instagram) but is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants acknowledge that any information they provide is provided to the Promoters and not to Meta, Facebook, or Instagram.
12. Consumer Protection Law
12.1 Australian entrants: Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified. To the extent the law permits, the Promoters' liability for breach of a non-excludable guarantee is limited, at the relevant Promoter's option, to resupply of the goods or services, or payment of the cost of resupply.
12.2 All entrants: Except as required by applicable law, the Promoters (including their officers, employees, and agents) exclude all liability (including for negligence) for any personal injury, loss, or damage (including loss of opportunity) suffered or arising directly or indirectly out of participation in the Giveaway, or acceptance or use of the Prize.
13. General Conditions
13.1 The Promoters reserve the right, at any time, to verify Entries and disqualify any entrant reasonably believed to have breached these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process, or engaged in unlawful or improper conduct in connection with the Giveaway.
13.2 If the Giveaway is interfered with in any way, or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the Promoters' reasonable control (including technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention, fraud, or failure of the Platform Provider or telecommunications), the Promoters reserve the right, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway.
13.3 The Promoters' decisions in connection with the Giveaway, including selection of the winner, are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
13.4 Void where prohibited by law.
13.5 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of [insert state, e.g. Queensland], Australia, and entrants submit to the exclusive (non-exclusive, if preferred) jurisdiction of the courts of that state, except to the extent a mandatory law of an entrant's own state or country applies and cannot be excluded. 1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition ("Competition") is [VESTIRSI PTY LTD] ("Promoter", "we", "us", "our").
2. Promotional Period
2.1 The Competition commences at 4:00pm (AEST) on 18 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on 30 September 2026 ("Promotional Period").
2.2 Entries received outside the Promotional Period will not be considered.
3. Eligibility
3.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, except:
(a) employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate, and any agencies or suppliers directly associated with the administration of this Competition.

4.2 It is a condition of entry that entrants tick the marketing opt-in checkbox to consent to receiving marketing communications from the Promoter. Entrants who do not opt in to marketing communications will not be eligible to enter the Competition.
4.3 Limit of one (1) Entry per person. Multiple Entries from the same person, email address, or mobile number will be disqualified at the Promoter's discretion.
4.4 Entries must be submitted by an individual in their personal capacity, not via any agent, third party, syndicate, or automated entry method (e.g. bots, scripts, macros). The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Entry it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, incomplete, or otherwise non-compliant with these Terms and Conditions.
4.5 It is a condition of entry that all information provided by an entrant is true, accurate, and current. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, or not received for any reason, including technical failure.
4.6 The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of Entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age, and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an Entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.
5. The Prize
5.1 There is one (1) prize available to be won, consisting of VESTIRSI product to the value of $1,000 AUD (RRP, inclusive of GST) ("Prize"), as selected by the Promoter and subject to product availability at the time of redemption.
5.2 The total prize pool value is $1,000 AUD.
5.3 The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash, in whole or in part.
5.4 If any element of the Prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that element with a product or service of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
6.1 The winner will be selected by random electronic draw from all valid Entries received during the Promotional Period. The draw will take place at by midnight AEST on 1 October 2026.
6.2 In the event that any applicable permit conditions require a public draw or independent supervision, the Promoter will comply with those requirements.
6.3 The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within two (2) business days of the draw, using the contact details provided at entry.
6.4 The winner's first name and state/territory of residence may be published on shopvestirsi.com and/or the Promoter's social media channels within 28 days of the draw, as required by applicable law.
6.5 If a winner cannot be contacted, or does not respond within 7 days of the first notification attempt, or does not meet the eligibility criteria, or fails to claim the Prize within the required timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct an unclaimed prize draw and select an alternative winner, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements for unclaimed prize draws.
7. Prize Delivery
7.1 The Prize (or Prize voucher/code) will be delivered to the winner within 7 days of the winner being confirmed.
7.2 The Promoter is not responsible for any delay, loss, or damage in transit, or for any failure to redeem the Prize due to circumstances outside the Promoter's control.
8. Marketing Consent (Spam Act 2003)
8.1 Entrants who tick the marketing opt-in box consent to receiving commercial electronic messages (including email and SMS) from the Promoter about its products, services, and future promotions, in accordance with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
8.2 Entrants may withdraw this consent, and unsubscribe from marketing communications, at any time by using the "unsubscribe" facility included in each electronic communication, or by contacting the Promoter at hello@shopvestirsi.com.
9. Privacy
9.1 The Promoter collects personal information (including name, email address, and mobile phone number) from entrants for the purposes of conducting this Competition, notifying and fulfilling the Prize to the winner, and (where consent is given under clause 8) sending marketing communications.
9.2 The Promoter handles personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and its Privacy Policy, available at https://shopvestirsi.com/pages/privacy.
9.3 If required by a relevant state or territory permit authority, entrants' personal information may also be disclosed to that authority for the purposes of audit or verification of the Competition.
9.4 By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter using their personal information as described in this clause 9 and in the Promoter's Privacy Policy. Entrants who do not provide the required information will not be able to enter the Competition.
9.5 Entrants may request access to, or correction of, their personal information, or make a privacy complaint, by contacting the Promoter at hello@shopvestirsi.com.
10. Australian Consumer Law
10.1 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on entrants under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other applicable law that cannot be lawfully excluded, restricted, or modified.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter's liability for a breach of a non-excludable guarantee is limited, at the Promoter's option, to the resupply of the goods or services or the payment of the cost of resupply.
10.3 Except as required by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees, and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, loss, or damage (including loss of opportunity) whatsoever suffered or arising directly or indirectly out of participation in the Competition or acceptance or use of the Prize.
11. General Conditions
11.1 The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify Entries, and to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process, or engaged in any unlawful or improper conduct related to the Competition.
11.2 If this Competition is interfered with in any way, or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention, fraud, or failure of telecommunications, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Competition.
11.3 The Promoter's decision in connection with the Competition, including selection of the winner, is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
11.4 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of [insert state, e.g. Queensland], Australia, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
