All full priced items can be returned to us for a refund or exchange. Please commence your return or exchange via our Returns Portal within 30 days of your bag arriving to you.

Returns are subject to a $30USD return shipping and handling fee, which will be deducted from your refund. However, this fee is waived for exchanges.

Please note we are unable to process returns or exchanges for 'Outlet' or 'Slightly Imperfect' items for any reason so please choose carefully.

Our bags are all handmade in Italy from Italian Leather.

Leather is our material of choice due to its timeless quality and its durable, flexible and long lasting nature. However, as with all purchases, we encourage you to do your own research and invest in pieces that align with your personal values.

A good quality leather protector or conditioner can help extend the life of your bag. We suggest visiting a leather goods repair store to find the most suitable product to protect, condition and clean your bag.

For suede bags, we highly recommend treating your bag with a suede protector spray to minimise the chance of colour transfer, and brushing with a suede brush to ensure your suede maintains a smooth finish. View our suede care products here.

Always test any protector, cleaner or conditioner product on an inconspicuous part of your item before applying it to the entire bag.

Our VESTIRSI Italian Suede is an exceptionally soft and delicate material, with a luxurious velvety touch. As a natural material, small imperfections like veins are inherent to its character, adding to its unique beauty. The natural variation in colour between hides is a cherished aspect of this leather.

 While we've taken care to colour-fix our suede to minimize colour transfer, it's important to note that this cannot be entirely prevented due to the nature of the material. Suede demands slightly more attention than traditional leathers. To safeguard against water damage, we recommend applying a protective spray coat after conducting a patch test on an inconspicuous area.

To clean your suede bag, gently brush the surface with a suede brush, followed by a softer brush for a smooth finish. Avoid excessive rubbing, as this can cause damage. For stubborn stains, a suede eraser can be helpful. If exposed to water, blot the area immediately with a dry cloth. When not in use, store your VESTIRSI product in its original dustbag.
