DISPATCH + PROCESSING

All orders are packed and dispatched from our warehouse in Queensland, Australia. We dispatch orders daily Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Please note there may be dispatch delays during busy periods including sales or new season launches. Thank you for understanding.

TAXES + DUTIES

International duties are paid for by VESTIRSI. You will not be charged additional duties at delivery. US and Canadian State taxes are payable at checkout.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Pre-order shipping dates are estimates only. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

If you order multiple items and one of your items is a pre-order product, the entire order will be held until all items are available and will be shipped together once the preorder item arrives. If you'd like to request your order be "split" and sent separately, please email our team at hello@shopvestirsi.com. We will do our best to accomodate your request, but depending on product, location and time of year this may not be possible.

CONFIRMATION + TRACKING

You will be emailed a shipping confirmation email from VESTIRSI with your unique tracking number your order is dispatched which will enable you to track your order if you would like to see its progress or ETA. Alternatively, you can track your order here.

You will be required to sign for your delivery. VESTIRSI cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen packages.
