1. Sponsor

1.1 The sweepstakes is sponsored by VESTIRSI LIMITED LLC, 20 Chrome Court, Burpengary, QLD, 4505 (Sponsor).

2. Eligibility

2.1 Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years or older (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi) at the time of entry.

2.2 Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, agencies and anyone involved in running the sweepstakes, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible.

2.3 Void in Puerto Rico, all US territories and possessions, and where prohibited or restricted by law. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

3. Sweepstakes Period

3.1 The sweepstakes begins at 6:00pm Pacific Standard Time (PST) on Saturday, November 7, 2026 and ends at 11:59pm PST on Friday, November 13, 2026 (Sweepstakes Period). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.

4. How to enter

4.1 During the Sweepstakes Period, create a free VESTIRSI account, or log in to your existing VESTIRSI account, at https://us.shopvestirsi.com/en-us/pages/win-your-wishlist, opt into marketing by selecting ‘email me with news and offers’ during account sign-in, and add at least one product from the VESTIRSI collection to your account wishlist.

4.2 Each eligible entrant receives one entry, regardless of how many products are added to their wishlist. Limit one entry per person and per account. Entries made using multiple accounts or identities, scripts, bots or other automated means will be void.

4.3 Removing products from a wishlist after a valid entry has been made will not remove that entry from the drawing.

4.4 Incomplete entries, or entries made outside the Sweepstakes Period, are void.

5. Prize

5.1 One prize will be awarded: a digital VESTIRSI gift card valued at USD $1,000, redeemable online at https://us.shopvestirsi.com/en-us. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): USD $1,000. Total ARV of all prizes: USD $1,000.

5.2 The gift card may be used on any VESTIRSI product available on the US store, including but not limited to products on the winner's wishlist. Products on the winner's wishlist are not reserved or guaranteed to remain in stock.

5.3 The gift card is subject to Sponsor's standard gift card terms. It has no cash value and is not transferable. No substitution except by Sponsor, which may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

5.4 The winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on the prize. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the ARV of the prize, and the winner must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before the prize is awarded.

6. Odds and drawing

6.1 The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about Saturday, November 14, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6.2 The potential winner will be notified by email, at the address registered to their VESTIRSI account, within 2 business days of the drawing.

6.3 The potential winner must respond within 14 days of notification and may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release and, where lawful, publicity release, together with a completed Form W-9. If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, does not return required documents or is found ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn from the remaining eligible entries.

6.4 The prize will be delivered by email within 7 days of the winner's verification.

7. General conditions

7.1 By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding.

7.2 Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, city and state for promotional purposes without further compensation.

7.3 Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. If the sweepstakes cannot run as planned due to technical failure, fraud or any cause beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend it and, if cancelled, award the prize by random drawing from eligible entries received before cancellation.

7.4 Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for technical, network or system failures that affect any entry or email.

7.5 This sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta (Facebook or Instagram), TikTok or any other social media platform.

8. Release and limitation of liability

8.1 By entering, entrants release Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, agencies and their respective officers, directors and employees from any liability for any injury, loss or damage arising from participation in the sweepstakes or the acceptance or use of the prize.

9. Disputes and governing law

9.1 These Official Rules are governed by Australian law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without resort to class action.

10.1 Personal information collected is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy at https://shopvestirsi.com/pages/privacy.

11. Winner's name
