1.1 The sweepstakes is sponsored by VESTIRSI (Sponsor).
2. Eligibility
2.1 Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years or older (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi) at the time of entry and who, at the start of the Sweepstakes Period, are subscribed to the VESTIRSI US email marketing list and do not have a mobile number recorded against their VESTIRSI subscriber profile.
2.2 Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, agencies and anyone involved in running the sweepstakes, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible.
2.3 Void in Puerto Rico, all US territories and possessions, and where prohibited or restricted by law. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
3. Sweepstakes Period
3.1 The sweepstakes begins at 10:00am Pacific Time (PT) on Friday, October 9, 2026 and ends at 11:59pm PT on Tuesday, October 13, 2026 (Sweepstakes Period). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.

4. How to enter
4.1 SMS entry: To enter, Eligible Subscribers (existing Email Subscribers) must, during the Promotion Period, complete the pop-up requirements by submitting a valid United States mobile number and complete the subscription to VESTIRSI SMS marketing, including any confirmation step required.
3.3 Entries are limited to one per person and one per mobile number. Subscribing more than once, or with more than one mobile number or email address, will not earn additional entries.
4.2 Limit one entry per person, per email address and per mobile number, regardless of method. Additional entries, and entries made using multiple identities, scripts, bots or other automated means, will be void.
4.3 You may unsubscribe from SMS at any time by replying STOP. Unsubscribing after a valid entry has been made will not remove that entry from the drawing.
4.4 Incomplete entries, or entries received outside the Sweepstakes Period, are void.

5. Prize
5.1 One prize will be awarded: a VESTIRSI gift voucher valued at USD $599, redeemable online at . Approximate Retail Value (ARV): USD $599. Total ARV of all prizes: USD $599.
5.2 The gift voucher is valid for 5 years from issue and is subject to Sponsor's standard gift voucher terms at https://us.shopvestirsi.com/en-us/pages/terms-conditions. It has no cash value and is not transferable. No substitution except by Sponsor, which may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
5.3 The winner is responsible for any federal, state and local taxes on the prize.

6. Odds and drawing
6.1 The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about Wednesday, October 14, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6.2 The potential winner will be notified by email, at the address on their VESTIRSI subscriber profile, within 2 business days of the drawing.
6.3 The potential winner must respond within 14 days of notification and may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release and, where lawful, publicity release. If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, does not return required documents or is found ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn from the remaining eligible entries.
6.4 The prize will be delivered by email within 7 days of the winner's verification.

7. General conditions
7.1 By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding.
7.2 Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, city and state for promotional purposes without further compensation.
7.3 Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. If the sweepstakes cannot run as planned due to technical failure, fraud or any cause beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend it and, if cancelled, award the prize by random drawing from eligible entries received before cancellation.
7.4 Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for technical, network, telephone or carrier failures that affect any entry, text message or email.

8. Release and limitation of liability
8.1 By entering, entrants release Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, agencies and their respective officers, directors and employees from any liability for any injury, loss or damage arising from participation in the sweepstakes or the acceptance or use of the prize.

9. Disputes and governing law
9.1 These Official Rules are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without resort to class action, in the state or federal courts located in Australia.
